The Revolution Upon Us

We love you Martha ...OH YES!! We do...

So, earlier today I was watching martha stewart, and she was teaching us all how to pan sear...I was like I could master this art. Just you wait. I then remembered that I actually had steak that I could sear in a pan. I carefully read her directions and made sure ash would give me a hand and off we went to the land of food. We heated the pan, got the butter out, let the meat reach room temperature for an hour, seasoned them. Ash threw the piece of butter into the pan, and I the meat, and suddenly the entire kitchen filled with smoke...so much we could hardly see each other. It was then I noted that Martha had in fact forgotten to tell us how high the burner should be. We have since decided to put it on medium low as this would most likely result into little or no smoke. IN any case, the steak was great and thats all that really matters. And we finally figured out why justin's mom gave ash that pan.
Yup. I didn't go to english class today cuz the teacher doesn't take attendance and it saved me 5$. Also, I haven't started to read KIM yet and am not looking forward to it.
Hope everyone is well and all that. I am so tired and my teeth hurt so much i put anbesol on...ouch.
