When the night....

hello. So I was a ticket taker at the event yesterday, which was not so bad until Ashleigh asked Jean Marc LaVallee for a ticket. lol. It was funny, she was so upset about it. We were way to shy to walk up to the directors so we networked with some other people, actually found someone who graduated from champlain in 93. He does corporate a/v. He was doing sound for the event. We also got two free drinks from the organizers, and a thank you card. Very fun.
Then one of the other volunteers was going to salsa and he asked ash to go, and I went with them. It was cool we got in for free and got to catch the end of the how to lesson. It was really fun, we should go when you come down.
Then we got home and as alicia was talking to us about this cool video store a mouse ran behind the fridge. We all thought that this problem was over, it was not. We found a hole in the floor under the fridge, so alicia and I stuffed a mitten covered in bleach into the hole and duct taped it. We also found that they have wandered into the cupboards where we keep our plates, the ones we don't use and we found holes in the cupboard. So I am calling landlords today to say the place needs to be sprayed down, etc etc. I have so much to get done and I can't even concentrate on it, cuz I am so mad about the mice and not all that interested in my own idea. And I am horrible at communicating to others what I am thinking about but I have to get it over with.
